I am located in Northern California and work with a team of software engineers, entrepreneurs, and technology lawyers at MashLaunch.com to develop and design web applications and other technologies used for web accessibility, eSports, interactive entertainment, cloud services, and law/public policy solutions. 

Our consulting and development currently focuses on:

 

  • Building ADA - WCAG 2.x web scanning cloud services such as ADAScan.com to test web pages for accessibility and make them more user-friendly for people with disabilities

  • Designing cloud and blockchain services that capture and store web evidence for use in legal matters and due diligence

  • Researching and integrating specialized accessories to make eSports more accessible to people with disabilities

  • Designing artificial intelligence systems ("AI") to assist in law and public policy applications

  • Developing best practices to use artificial intelligence responsibly as the technology evolves

The world of video games is not particularly welcoming to individuals with disabilities. Game makers and platform holders have made some strides in this area in recent years, but for the most part, they’ve left the hard work to third-party organizations. The Xbox Adaptive Controller is the strongest, clearest expression yet of Microsoft’s commitment to reaching people with disabilities, and it sprang in part out of a controller that’s on the opposite end of the accessibility spectrum.
